1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and zk67 (hereinafter referred to as "zk67", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the zk67 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://zk67.cam (the "Website").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet or wager, participating in any promotion, or otherwise accessing any feature of the zk67 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. 2 Definitions

"Account"

The personal account registered by a User on the zk67 platform, used for accessing all gaming and betting services.

"Balance"

The total PKR-denominated funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising deposits, bonus credits (where applicable) and net winnings less withdrawals.

"Bonus"

Any promotional credit, free spins allocation or matched deposit offer granted by zk67 to a User, subject to the specific wagering and eligibility requirements stated at the time of the offer.

"KYC" (Know Your Customer)

The identity and age verification process required by the operator to confirm the User's identity, age, address (where required) and the legitimacy of funds, in compliance with AML obligations.

"AML"

"PKR"

"Wager" or "Bet"

"Wagering Requirement"

The minimum cumulative wager amount that must be placed by a User before bonus-derived funds or winnings may be withdrawn, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.

"Self-Exclusion"

A voluntary request by a User to temporarily or permanently restrict their own access to the zk67 platform for responsible gambling purposes.

"Force Majeure"

Any event beyond the reasonable control of zk67, including but not limited to acts of God, cyberattacks, government action, natural disasters or internet infrastructure failures.

3 Account Eligibility

Registration of an Account with zk67 and use of the platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the jurisdiction under which the operator holds its license or as required by the laws applicable to you. Age verification is mandatory and is conducted as part of the KYC process. zk67 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied. Being of minimum age does not imply that gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You must access the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your country, region or city before registering. zk67 does not warrant that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Users from restricted jurisdictions, as determined by the operator from time to time, are prohibited from registering or maintaining an Account.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether to circumvent limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.4 Personal Use

Accounts are for the personal use of the registered User only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account. You may not use the platform for any commercial purpose, as a business service, or on behalf of another person or entity.

4 Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money services on the zk67 platform, you must complete the registration process and submit to identity verification (KYC). You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to promptly update any information that changes.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide truthful information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested by the platform. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 KYC Documents

You may be required to submit the following documents to complete KYC verification:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document — such as a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport;
• Proof of residential address, where required (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement);
• A selfie or liveness check image as requested by the verification system.

Documents must be submitted in clear, unedited form through the platform's official HTTPS-secured verification portal. You must not alter, crop to obscure key fields, or falsify any document submitted. Submitting altered or fraudulent documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You must notify zk67 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. zk67 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

5 Terms of Use

By using the zk67 platform you agree to the following usage conditions:

• You will use the platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes only;
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or otherwise reproduce any part of the platform's software, content or proprietary data;
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform in any way not expressly permitted;
• You will not engage in any form of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage or abuse of the platform's systems, promotions or pricing;
• You will not access the platform if you are currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with zk67 or any other gambling operator;

6 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the zk67 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the operator at the relevant time.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6.2 Minimum Deposits

6.3 Deposit Integrity

You represent that all funds deposited to the platform are from a legitimate, lawful source and belong to you. zk67 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds where required by AML obligations. Deposits made using funds of uncertain or illegitimate origin may be frozen pending investigation.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit, or to a verified method in the User's name;
• Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings may only be withdrawn once all applicable wagering requirements have been met;
• zk67 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times;
• Processing timelines vary by method: mobile wallet categories typically process faster than bank transfers, which may take 1–3 business days. These are estimates only — no guaranteed processing times are promised;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

zk67 may offer bonuses, promotions and other incentives to Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each offer, which will be communicated at the time of the promotion.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier of the bonus amount that must be met before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible contributing games are specified in the individual promotion terms.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or collusion with other players — constitutes bonus abuse. zk67 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings in such cases.

8.3 Promotion Availability

Promotions are available at the operator's sole discretion. zk67 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. 9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the zk67 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. General rules applicable to all betting and gaming activity include:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be amended or cancelled unless the platform explicitly provides a "cash out" or cancellation feature for that market;

10 Responsible Gambling

11 Account Suspension & Termination

zk67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, freeze or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft or other illegal activity;
• Use of the platform from a restricted jurisdiction;
• Operation of multiple accounts;
• Bonus abuse or manipulation of the platform's systems;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without a valid basis;
• Circumstances where continued operation of the Account would be contrary to law or regulation.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, zk67 may forfeit any balance held in the Account. Where closure is for administrative or business reasons unrelated to User fault, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the User via an available payment method, net of any applicable fees.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the zk67 platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, game assets, design elements, page layouts and structural code — is the proprietary property of zk67 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, transmit or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of zk67 or the relevant rights holder.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zk67 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

zk67's total aggregate liability to any User for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zk67 shall not be liable for service interruptions, technical failures, data feed errors or any event beyond its reasonable control (Force Majeure). The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, beyond those required by law.

14 Privacy & Data

zk67 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes registration information, identity verification documents, transaction records, session activity data and communication records. This data is used for account management, KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention, customer support and platform improvement purposes. zk67 does not sell personal data to third-party advertising networks.

15 Amendments to These Terms

zk67 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where material, by direct notification to registered Users via the email address on file or via an in-platform notice.

Continued use of the zk67 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its license to operate. zk67 does not operate under a Pakistani gambling license and does not claim jurisdiction under Pakistani law.

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact zk67 customer support to seek resolution. zk67 is committed to resolving disputes in good faith and in a timely manner. If a resolution cannot be reached through the support process, Users may be entitled to refer unresolved complaints to a relevant dispute resolution body under the operator's license terms.
